Knife 232 Santoku Kitchen Knife & Cutting Board
I teamed up with local artist and wood worker, Rob Holzer, to produce this matching knife and cutting board set.
The knife is hand-forged from 01 tool steel and features a 5-1/4 inch super-sharp blade.
The handle is made from alternating pieces of walnut and birdseye maple. Bolster is water buffalo horn with white and black fiber spacer.
The cutting board is custom made by Rob Holzer, and has the exact same woods as the knife, for a beautiful one-of-a-kind set. Board is treated with a food safe oil and beeswax finish.
Would make a nice gift for this coming holiday season.
