Genuine Norlund Hudson Bay Axe
Norlund is one of those axe companies that has gained collectible status over the last several years. This ol' boys head is
2 lbs of razor sharp steel stamped "Genuine Norlund", ready to jump into your canoe pack. I had to replace the haft with a brand new hickory handle. Since this is the rarer 2 lb head (not the more common 1-1/4 b), I made sure the haft was 27". Grain orientation is very good.
I added a historically correct reproduction label to bring you back to 1968. Grab your red & black check flannel and get choppin'.
